The Candidate Experience
Careers On Site pride ourselves on ensuring all candidates are provided with an open and honest level of service from the moment they register through to securing the next step in their career. With a wide range of clients covering all aspects of the construction, mechanical and electrical industries, we are well placed to offer candidates exciting opportunities to further their career in construction.
Registration Process When you have registered with Careers On Site and we have received your CV, one of our experienced consultants will contact you to discuss your CV and career aspirations in detail. With our market knowledge and experience, an understanding of the candidate's expectations will be obtained and then swiftly matched against suitable live vacancies. When our Clients have a vacancy we make sure we fully understand the requirements for the role, culture and their future business plans.
The Inteview Stage Prior to the interview you will be fully briefed and well prepared. Following the interview we will speak with the Client and give you feedback on how they thought you performed. If a position is offered we ensure to stay in touch with you to make sure you are happy in your new job. If after the first interview the Client wishes to see you again for a second interview we will ensure you are fully briefed as to what is expected of you, thus giving you a better chance of getting the position. Occasionally the Client may not think that the position you have applied for is suitable, but may see attributes in you that suit another position they have vacant. In this case we would see what your thoughts are about the offer and take it from there. |
